30 Days To A Healthier, More “Fitter” You Series! (Exercise Good Thoughts)

good thoughtsPositive thinking can improve your health and well-being.

Our mind can only hold one thought at a time, either positive or negative.

If you deliberately focus on positive thoughts to think about, you will keep your mind and body sound.

Thinking well is a part of becoming well!

To achieve building a healthy and well functioning life despite any chronic illness you may be facing, it helps to spend time building a “healthy” identity.

Instead of focusing on your illness you can plan activities that help you feel healthy.

Instead of labeling yourself as sick you can label yourself healthy as often as you can, because by focusing on all the ways that you are healthy, you will feel healthy.

Some health benefits that positive thinking can offer are as follow:

  • Increased life span
  • Lower rates of depression
  • Lower levels of distress
  • Greater resistance to the common cold
  • Better psychological and physical well-being
  • Reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
  • Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

goodbadThere are only two types of feelings/thoughts – GOOD and BAD.

When you feel bad the law of attraction responds to your negative emotions (low vibration) so everything in your life seems bad.

When you are feeling good, the law of attraction responds to your positive emotions (high vibration) and everything in your life seems good.

So simply raise your vibration by focusing on the all positives and your life will improve dramatically.

Give it a try!

  4. Love this post! Absolutely, focusing on good feeling thoughts will attract more of the same. Just thinking about happy memories is enough to lift our spirits, so it makes sense if we purposely set our intention to thinking better feeling thoughts whenever we can it’s bound to make us feel better; let alone what we actually start to attract into our lives every day. It’s a win-win! Happy Happy!! 😀
