Research even proves that stretching daily is more beneficial in preventing injuries than occasional stretching. If you make stretching a habit, it will also help you feel better well into your later years.

I like to perform a little light stretching pre-workout and then once my muscles have had a chance to fully warm-up after my full workout, I stretch more.

No matter if you are stretching in the morning to wake up your body or in the evening to relax your body, you have to do it every day.
