Creating A Healthy Mind-Set

Happiness is not something ready made.  It comes from your own actions. ~ Dalai Lama

Every minute of every day, your behavior (thoughts, feelings, actions, choices) contributes to the world as you know it.

Well-being is a word that describes YOU, doing your very best in the current moment.  Well-being is living your life fully and consciously at a balanced optimum.

Well-being is a state of internal wholeness in the deepest and broadest sense of the word.  It is a daily practice, and a lifetime process.  It requires patience, self-love and persistence.

Well-being embraces your entire life and accepts you just as you are right now, and loves you unconditionally.

Well-being is a mindset and by incorporating healthy living principles into your daily routine, you will experience higher levels of consciousness, wholeness, peace and internal health from the inside out!

This month we will discuss ways to create more happiness in your life by “choosing” to be happy and not settling for anything less!

Indeed, life is good, if we live in such a way to make it so. It takes work and a conscious decision to align ourselves with the loving energy of Source.
      Healthy Blessings with Gratitude!

  3. Good post! Many people need to be reminded especially in the winter that we have the power to make ourselves happy! I am not a fan of the winter months so this is a great reminder.

    • Hi Brandi,
I can certainly relate to what you are saying. Winter is not my favorite time of year either because I love being warm and toasty but I find that cooking up a big pot of veggie soup really lifts my spirits. Healthy warm food always makes me so happy! Lol!! I guess it’s just the little things that make me smile. 🙂 🙂

Have a great day and thank you so very much for your comment.
      Healthy blessings,
