Embrace Your Spiritual Sexuality

Dear Human –

“You’ve got it all wrong. You didn’t come here to master unconditional love. That is where you came from and where you’ll return. You came here to learn personal love. Messy love. Sweaty love. Crazy love. Broken love. Whole love. Infused with divinity. Lived through the grace of stumbling. Demonstrated through the beauty of messing up. Often. You didn’t come here to be perfect. You already are. You came here to be gorgeously human. Flawed and fabulous. And then to rise again into remembering. Love doesn’t require the condition of perfection. It only asks that you show up. And do your best. That you stay present and feel fully. That you shine and fly and laugh and cry and hurt and heal and fall and get back up and play and work and live and die as YOU.”  ~ Courtney Walsh

In my new healthy living program “Embrace Your Spiritual Sexuality” you are invited now to develop clear intentions around your sexuality.

Many of the world’s religions imprint negative beliefs of sexuality in their followers. For thousands of years, these religions have considered sex to be a base and vulgar act.

Sexuality gets little mention in the sacred texts of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.

When it is mentioned, the suggestion is often to avoid it if possible in order to reach greater spiritual heights.

Many monks and gurus also teach that we must refrain from sex in order to reach enlightenment. Yet none of us would be here without sex.

There is virtually no spiritual instruction in how to deal with sexual urges other than to abstain.

As a result, many people experience a split between sexuality and spirituality in their lives.

For a powerful, yet deeply personal exploration of the sexual-spiritual split I invite you now to develop clear intentions around sexuality in your life.

A woman who embodies her spiritual sexuality is a woman who is sexy, who is courageous and who fiercely loves herself exactly as she is.

She tells the truth with bold kindness and is at peace in every inch of her own skin.

She radiates with beauty because of her magnetic inner glow.

She gives herself full permission to rejoice in her sexuality, her body and her heartfelt self expression.

She says no when she means no and yes when she means yes.

She is willing to forgive herself of her mistakes and move on to higher ground.

She is a woman who is not afraid to go for her dreams – she doesn’t sell out by playing it safe.   She is confident and alive in her body and in her spiritual sexuality.

She softens into the truth that she is enough.

She enjoys a relationship with herself and thus with her partner.

She is at peace with who she is.  (This comes about by facing all the shadows where you hate yourself, was embarrassed, was avoiding and pretending.)  She comes to a place where it’s peaceful inside and all is well.

Being sexy is being your highest feminine self in all your glory.

If today was your last day, could you say that you loved yourself well?

Could you say that you expressed your true passion?

Could you say that you let in pleasure to the depth of our core?

Could you say you fully let go, opened up and let life have its way with you?

In my new program “Embrace Your Spiritual Sexuality” you are invited to be real and let go of past shame, frustration or hurt around your sexuality.

The practice of spiritual sexuality is a celebration of true desire; it deepens your connection to the Spirit of love and awakens your body to become as passionate and alive as God originally intended.
