I, Gena Livings, am the author of Eat Healthy For Balance and Wholeness  as well as a certified personal trainer, lifestyle modification coach and a practitioner of healthy living.

    • Thank you Kathy!! Building new, healthy habits doesn’t happen overnight, but when we keep at it with a loving spirit, we will eventually succeed. The main thing to keep in mind is to always be kind and patient with ourselves. Most importantly, if we fall off track, which we all do once in awhile, just get back on – never give up!!!

  2. I really need to start eating better. A book that can give me step by step instructions would be a Godsend right now.

    Being diabetic makes it hard to eat the right things, because I love so many things I shouldn’t touch!
