My Philosophy
My purpose is to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle and to authentically connect with
who I am. I believe that in order to feel, look and be healthy, you have to balance your life energy in a way that attracts health and well being into your life.

Living a healthy lifestyle involves being physically fit, spiritually grounded, nutritionally sound and in tune with your mind, body and spirit. Far too often in today's world our health is taking the back seat. We sacrifice our own personal health and well being for money, for work, for short lived pleasures, for "image", and for other people. Of course the list goes on.
When we're purposefully engaged in life, we sleep better and have fewer stress hormones and markers for heart disease than others. When we focus on the emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions of our human being-ness, that allows us to flourish when adequately nourished. Change the way you look at your health and how you're currently living you life. Be inspired to make the daily decisions, large and small, and to realize your personal best.
