As your Lifestyle Modification Coach, I will assist you on how to create a healthier and more balanced lifestyle for yourself through the process of mindful eating, exercising and positive self-talk. I am not here to give you the answers, I am here to help you to discover that you have the answers, and to provide you with the tools necessary to live your healthiest life.
I form authentic and friendly relationships with people who are searching for new ways to inspire healthier habits. It is my job to guide you towards creating more balance and energy in your life by interactively working with you in an environment that facilitates health, fitness and well-being.
I'll provide you with the tools and support that you will need when you are ready to make the changes that will lead to a healthier YOU. Once you learn and adopt healthy habits you will also establish behaviours like maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet and maintaining a positive attitude that all lead to a balanced and happier lifestyle. ASSESSMENT FOR WELL BEING
Price $50
This package includes:
- Wellness Wheel Assessment (This determines if you are equally balanced in all 9 areas of well-being).
- BMR (Knowing your basil metabolic rate is vital for weight loss and to determine the rate at which your body burns fat.)
- Heart Rate Training Zones (Helps you achieve maximum health benefits from your workout and targets fat burning zones.)
- Blood Pressure Reading
- Body Composition Testing (Body composition determines how much of your body is composed of fat and how much is composed of everything else. More helpful than your body weight is your body composition.)
- 3 Min Step Test - (This determines your heart rate recovery time for cardiovascular fitness and well-being.)
