Our physical body has a vibrational frequency just like every living organism in nature.

Our physical body has a vibrational frequency just like every living organism in nature. All of these living things like flowers, trees, and plants all have a cell structure and a specific vibrational frequency within the cells organism.

When our body’s are healthy our individual cells, organs and systems carry a higher vibration. Unlike when a person is unhealthy their vibrational frequency is lowered.

As a result, our immune system becomes weak. In this situation our body is susceptible to disease, viruses and even bacterial infections.

When our energetic vibrational body becomes unbalanced with things like unhealthy food, we begin to display symptoms of fatigue, depression stress and discomfort.

Eating whole, live nutrient rich foods can assist our body to rid itself of toxins and regain it’s cellular and vibrational frequency.

Therefore, it is best to avoid foods that create vibrational disharmony in our system like highly processed foods along with all refined white flour, like rice and all grains that have the germ and the bran removed.

It is also a good idea to eat foods that keep your body more alkaline because too much acid in your system is a magnet for sickness, disease, cancer and aging. Eating more alkaline foods helps shift your body’s pH and oxygenates our system.

When you eat foods mostly made of fresh VEGIES and fruits, whole grains, seeds, nuts and HEALTHIER source of protein, you SHIFT the body into an ALKALINE environment where cancer cells can’t survive.

Examples of acidic foods vs alkaline foods are as follows:

High Acidic Foods And Beverages

White Bread

Mild Acidic Foods:

Mild Alkaline Foods

Strong Alkaline Foods:

Ceyenne Pepper

PH Foods

  1. Gena,

Great post! And so true. I love your whole methodology for helping people with all of this. A little at a time.

It is like all other improvements, too. As you start just doing something little, like eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, you then want to eat better and better.

That IS because, as you stated, all things are frequency!!!

And like frequency attracts like frequency!

As my own and those I coach frequencies have gone up, we just naturally go to foods that are better for us.

And vice versa, going for better foods, attracts better things to you, too.

I LOVE that it words that way.

Glad you are in the UBC!

    • One again we are on the same page Kathy! Like you said, like frequencies attract like frequencies and we really are what we eat!
When we eat better, we naturally feel better and have more energy to be positively focused.
Thank you for commenting – your reply was right on track!
      Healthy Blessings,
      Gena 🙂

  2. Mmm, I love melons and asparagus so glad to hear they’re foods that I should be eating. Bread has always been my downfall when trying to live healthily. I’ve recently cut it down to just one slice per day and trying to cut it out completely (I’ve tried brown bread but just don’t like the taste of it).

    • You are definitely going about it the right way Alexandria by slowly tapering off bread instead of going cold turkey. Old habits die hard. If you want to change your habits, it’s always best to make realistic and gradual changes one step at a time and at your own pace. Even if you stick to one slice of bread per day – that’s within healthy moderation.
      thanks for commenting!
      Healthy blessings,

  3. I whole heartedly agree with you Gena! It goes back to the old saying “You are what you eat”. I think more often that not many people fall prey to packaging and sales pitches. I believe that it is not the responsibly of manufactures to keep us healthy but our own. We need to eat real food. If we can’t understand the ingredient list then we shouldn’t eat it. Thank you for your very interesting blog.

    • Susan, YES – you get it!!! Well said! “It is not the responsibility of manufactures to keep us healthy but our own.” YESSSSSS!!!!!
      Thanks you!
      Healthy Blessings,
      Gena 🙂 🙂

  4. I made a major change in eating, becoming a vegetarian in my early 20’s. I believe that was my time of the best health. Sadly, I fell off that wagon. Since November, I’ve been on Weight Watchers and have greatly increased consumption of fruits and vegetables in ratio to other food. I’ve lost 33 lb plus have increased energy and much better blood work numbers. Now I have to resist the temptations. Some days I do better than others, but I am back on the right path. (I’m not a vegetarian but I have cut way back on red meat.)

    • Alana, that’s such an encouraging testimony!! Congratulations for losing 33 pounds and committing yourself to a healthy lifestyle. We all have some days that are better than others when it comes to nutrition and exercise but having the mind-set that you are going to stay on the right path will always keep you moving in the right direction!!

For optimal nutrition I incorporate about 70% of fruits and vegetables to my daily regime.
That means I scale down on refined sugars and take all my simple carbs from fruits and eat many nutritious and calorie dense vegetables, such as carrots, beets, sweet potatoes and other root vegetables. I also include many Green leafy vegetables which are essential nutrients and don’t provide many calories. Like you, I’m not a vegetarian as I eat turkey and chicken but very little red meat!

      Thank you Alana!!!
      Healthy Blessings,
      Gena 🙂 🙂

Great topic Gena. I have been preaching for years the importance of an alkaline diet and that disease cannot live in an alkaline environment. Imagine how many people’s lives could be saved with this knowledge… I look forward to reading your other blogs.

    • Alana, thank you for commenting. YES, it is so imperative to understand this concept. There is a great book out called The PH Miracle that focus
solely on this subject matter and I also talk about it in my book “Eat Healthy for Balance and Wholeness” that will be released later this month. You’re right that so many people’s lives could be saved with this knowledge.
