PRAY in the HEART of GRATITUDE

The word PRAY is the Greek word ““προσενχομαι – proseuchomai” which means “to give thanks.”

When you create time in your day for prayer (which is a form of gratitude), you will fill your mind with wisdom, peace, strength, unity, joy and gratitude.

You don’t necessarily need any words for prayer and there is no right way to pray – it’s more about accepting PEACE and letting go of the STRUGGLE.  It’s a willingness to LISTEN to what comes to the SILENT space of your HEART by inviting in the Divine that is a part of you. It’s about being in the presence of LOVE and being GRATEFUL for all that is.
