  2. Hi Gena,

    When it comes to weight loss, or getting 6 pack abs. People tend to focus on the the end-results. Sometimes, it works for people, sometimes it doesn’t. Usually it doesn’t. What helps is to re-frame that thinking and say instead of telling yourself that you are going to lose 30 lbs after January 1st… starting on January 1st, you will start to become more healthy or take care of your health more. I think that is a better way to start rather than focusing all of the attention on the end result. That’s my take on it! Have a great week Gena!

      When we re-frame our focus/goal to honoring our “health” we are not trying to change something about our bodies or ourselves that we don’t like and want to fix, we instead focus on everything about our bodies and ourselves that we love and honor and want to nourish in order to be in service to our higher purpose, our spirit, our inner-light.
