Shake Your Way To a Better Feeling Thought!!

The BEST way to begin your day is to honor the natural flow of your body, mind and spirit!  Remember to be patient and kind to yourself on a daily basis and keep your attention focused on making “POSITIVE” changes in your life. 

Here is one of my favorite exercises to shake your way to a better feeling thought!!

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1:

Stand with your knees slightly bent, feet comfortably apart, bounce up and down easily without lifting your heels off the ground for at least 30 seconds.

Shake off anger
Shake off resentment
Shake off stress
Shake off fear

STEP 2:

Shake with joy
Shake with happiness
Shake with enthusiasm
Shake with gratitude

 

SMILE!!!
REST
REPEAT

Perform this exercise each morning for at least 5 minutes and you will notice dramatic improvements in your overall health and well-being.
