The Thanksgiving Day Workout

walkingThanksgiving is a holiday that is all about counting our blessings and focusing on the truly important things in life: spending time with those we love and taking stock of all we have to be grateful for! 

It is a time to embrace traditions, both old and new, and to celebrate our families, both the ones we are born into and the ones we choose. 

Sometimes it’s easy to forget about the good things in our lives: our families, our friends, our pets, our homes and our health! 

Since many of you may be traveling over to relatives for the holiday, you may not have access to your normal exercise equipment.



As such, you’re likely only left with a few options so here is “the thanksgiving day workout” that will keep you healthy and happy all year long! 

 The Thanksgiving Day Workout:

  • Exercise Loving Thoughts.
  • Stretch Your Awareness.
  • Strengthen EVERYONE You Meet With Encouraging Words.
  • Run With Thoughts That Are True, Good, Pure And Positive.
  • Condition Your HEART Muscle With Love And Good Deeds.
  • Perform 3 Reps of Kindness.
  • Jump Into The Day With A Playful Spirit.
  • Walk in the Spirit of Love and Gratitude!

  3. Hi Gena. Thanksgiving is not something we celebrate in England (obviously!) but this is a great reminder how to be every day, so thank you for that. I love ‘exercising loving thoughts’, and it’s something I try to do every day. Great post with tips to remind us how to be happier.
